The story however was extremely disturbing and sad. Instead of sex, he discovers love for the first time in his life. maarquez It was well-written and in a way reader will not bore to death reading a very short narrative of a very old man searching for love in his death bed. I could venture to say that this novel appeals mostly jis men, while women might find it vulgar and deprecating at times.
